I have the GA-P55-UD2 motherboard, and you do notice the lack of spare expansion slots once you begin to expand. I've added a PCI-E Soundcard and that's about as much as you can fit in it. So, if a motherboard upgrade is available I'd go for full-size ATX if possible. The 10 rear USB ports do make up for this slightly though.
Also, any reason why there's no direct side-on picture of the unit for this review? I always like seeing how tidy they've done the cabling, and am unable to see this with the current pictures.
Doh, that's what I get for only reading up to the verdict - missed the last three pages. And, completely agree with the article, that's one of the best cable tidying jobs I've seen in a pre-built PC.
