This is a reasonable colour laser multifunction device from Canon, though the lack of a walk-up print facility and the paltry capacity of the main feed tray are odd design aberrations from a company which normally gets these things right. They call it a workgroup product because that is the so-called segment it is in. But in reality it is design for a home office or single use. In my book even for a two-person office you need a 200 to 250-sheet tray and 2,500 to 3,000-sheet toner for each color not just black. I wish all manufactures would be more realistic when it comes to marketing printers / copiers and all in ones. Of course if they were they would not be able to sell half of the products they have.
