While it does not bring the changes we had hoped for, the new Intel Atom platform and N450 combine with Windows 7 to elevate the Asus Eee PC Seashell 1005PE above its predecessors. However, though it can handle 720p video and uses less power, the 1005PE's benefits aren't substantial enough to make it a must buy.
