Not sure if anyone around already knows the standards of the iPod's build quality - but here's a fun fact.I accidentally left my iPod Nano 2G (i.e. the reviewed product) in my jeans when I threw it into the washing machine. All that grinding and while I was a little saddened, having thought I had lost my money (and my iPod) - 3 days later the iPod was good to go again! It appears that the water that went in dried up, and even though I saw a little piece of blue tape-like thing that snapped off, nothing happened to the Nano's SQ. The only observable physical damage was the top right hand corner, slightly 'pulled out' towards you if you are looking at the screen. A few scratches at the back. And that sometimes the Hold switch doesn't work.Hope this helps ;)
'ok to disconnect' appears on my screen even after removing it from the computer..the icon is still appears,am not able to move to the menu, wats the solution for this..(apple ipod 4gb silver)
