Bought printer for 35Euro in PC world, black ink cost 18Euro, not happy!
east set up and printing quality good, but uses ink like its going out of fashion, and expensive refills
The ink looks the same as Kodak cartridges but is more than double the price. Do not buy this printer - the Kodak is cheaper in the longer term. The printer is good but will NOT run the cheaper Kodak catridges because of this I would only give it 3/10
This printer is a complete dog. The ink is expensive and gets used up incredibly quickly. Worse, even when you have plenty of black ink the thing won't print if it's out of colour ink. I have the wifi version and the wireless doesn't work either. Very bad buy - avoid.
I comes to something when it is almost as cheap to buy a new printer every time you need more ink! The printer is OK but as others have said, the ink disappears far too quickly and is very expensive to buy. False economy to buy this machine! So don't! I complained to PC World and in effect, they said tough!
Absolutely agree with the comments above. Bought this printer a few months back and whilst it has performed well for the price, it was only when it came to replacing the ink that its major flaws became apparent. My local PC World and Currys DO NOT stock the ink for this printer, even though they continue to sell numerous models! And we are talking big stores here, not little high street outlets. I needed to print a document urgently so threw this in the bin and bought a HP instead. What an absolute waste of money, AVOID AVOID AVOID!
waste of time and money. came as package from pc world but has stopped us going back for anything else. better to just buy a decent one. Ink expensive and uses lots of it. Also won't print b/w if low on colour!!!!!!
Had my AWP 10 replaced with an Advent touch print, but no manual, no idea how to use the darn thing, and yes, the ink problem with the AWP 10 is rediculous. this replacement doesnt print if the black or coloured ink is low either -0 Frustrated!!!!
Avoid this printer like the plague! Ink cartridge costs are super high and the wifi connectivity is awful. Regretting that I ever bought this printer. :(
Dont buy this printer it is awful and the wifi is awfull and sois the printing mine kept loseing connection and turning itself on and off i have just bought a canon a lot better printer
This is a pretty useless printer. Not only is it expensive to run most times mine just wont print! Right now its decided just to copy whats in the window-which is nothing . So I have paperwork due in a couple of hours and a print queues of 14 pages. .
I don't understand where the ink goes with these. I wanted a b&w printer and, seemingly regardless of whether or not I set for B&W printing, the colour cartridge empties v quickly (and I am not printing colour!!) Printer good - ink terrible. Any suggestions (apart from "bin it and get another")?
My experience is exactly the same. I replaced both cartridges and since then have only printed one colour page yet the colour cartridge has emptied as quickly as the black cartridge. I seriously regret having brought this heap of garbage and I strongly recommend against buying it.
Terrible printer...have had to purchase 3 lots of ink and have had no real use out of it, only problems! strongly suggest not buying this printer!!
Totally agree with everything that has been said. Ink runs out so quickly, wifi doesn't work properly. Don't buy it waste, of your money!!!
