The Panasonic TX-PG50G30 simply offers the best image quality from any 2D TV you can get. Using a Plasma panel means fast action, sports and gaming are all handled without a problem. It also means that it produces both exceptionally dark black levels and punchy colours. Connectivity is excellent and it also comes with THX and ISF certification. Only let down slightly in terms of online connectivity and sound, the Panasonic TX-P50G30 only just missed out on the Award.
